Paul Dixon freelance property services

Auctioneering Services

The service is tailored to the individual clients’ specific requirement. This will normally include ongoing liaison in the run up to the auction. A pre-auction meeting usually takers place the day prior, to ensure total familiarity with procedures and lots. The auction will be implemented in accordance with the clients’ own policies (also reflecting guidance notes published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), with the overall objective of achieving maximum bids. A de-briefing takes place following the auction.

Fees are discussed on an individual basis, taking into account such factors as value and number of lots. Where expenses are appropriate (i.e. travel, accommodation) this will be kept to a minimum and agreed in writing with the client at the outset. Attendance can be on a "one off" basis, or as a longer term "Resident" or "Guest" auctioneer.

The service is available at any location throughout the UK and globally.

Charity Auctions

Paul's charity auction style is one of motivation and inspiration. He may use anecdotes about about every day events and how they can change our lives and the world around us. He might also auction lots you didn't even know existed! The objective is to take your fundraising to a higher level, to create greater profits and deeper understanding, working together to make a difference.

A charity auctioneer should not be considered an expense, it is an investment. A professionally trained auctioneer will promote the chosen charity and ensure maximum profit from each lot. In the United States, statistics have shown that successful fundraising events which include a "live" auction can generate up to two-thirds of the occasions income from just the auction alone.
